Return Request Process

In your email, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. If the item shows signs of wear or has been used, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. Expedition Finders is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. If we agree to cover the return shipping costs, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the correct item in a timely manner. Please follow the return request process outlined above for the return of the original item.

Non-Returnable Items
